The Magus with Rare Wrap-Around Band

Cape (1966), 1st British edition. Near-fine with a touch of shelf wear (interior clean and unmarked) in a very good plus dust jacket with slight wear to the spine ends and corners. Price intact. Includes the rare red wrap-around promotional band from Jonathan Cape, featuring glowing one-line reviews. The band is three inches wide and wraps around the entire jacket; it is slightly creased at the top near the back, and the spine portion has faded to a very light shade of pink (titles still legible). Likely only a couple hundred of the bands were produced, and of course very few have survived.
